Crosslinx’s paper-based soil management system used for hauler tracking and invoicing did not meet the growing demand from Metrolinx (project owner) for increased oversight and environmental reporting.

The paper process used to track and invoice soil movement was inefficient and costly. This manual method required significant time to capture soil movement and reconcile paper records to digital logs, resulting in a time lag for reporting of up to four weeks.

The Coxwell Bypass Tunnel produces a tremendous amount of tunneling spoils, considered an Excess Soil under the new Ontario Regulations 406/19.
