Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate, you will drive the successful adoption of SoilFLO and guide customers in optimizing the way they manage earthworks.

  • Responsible for onboarding and training new customers

  • Identify key SoilFLO users and develop trusted relationships with them

  • Manage day-to-day support requests

  • Communicate new features and updates to customers 

  • Identify pain points and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions

  • The freedom to step outside of Customer Success and into any initiatives that you believe will help the business (PR, marketing, sales)
  • Develop processes to streamline the CS workflow and make our team more efficient

Preferred Qualifications
  • You are a strong communicator and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and check in on a customer

  • You are comfortable taking initiative and tackling problems on your own

  • You enjoy a cross-functional role where you get to collaborate outside of your department

  • You are organized, hardworking, and are excited to be part of an early-stage startup

  • You are comfortable visiting construction sites time-to-time (access to a car is very helpful, mileage is covered)

  • You are comfortable learning new softwares that the CS team uses (ie. Notion, Mixpanel, Miro)
  • Previous experience in CS, construction or tech is a bonus
  • You are comfortable learning new softwares that the CS team uses (ie. Notion, Mixpanel, Miro)
