Altree Developments: 36 Zorra Condos

Enabling earthworks transparency for developers.

Thirty-Six Zorra Condos is a new condo development by Altree Developments going 5 storeys below ground with over 50,000 cubic meters hauled offsite. 

From previous development projects, Altree was aware of the industry’s growing cost of earthworks. Earthworks has now and again operated under a “black box” budget line in proforma’s.

Altree sought out a way to retrieve detailed reports on sub-grade operations for their site. This was to better understand if forecasts from consultants were accurate and if invoices from subcontractors were billed as promised.

Altree took a proactive approach to soil management and vertically integrated SoilFLO throughout the entire project.

Users were created for Altree, EllisDon, RONI Excavating, and on-site foreman. This provided full transparency for all stakeholders.

As soon as a load left a site – Alter’s Construction Managers had live data feeds to load counts and volumes, arrival confirmations, hauler billing slips and any notes from the field.
